Customer Care – Resident Liaison
Our wide experience of undertaking works with residents in occupation has taught us that the value of good resident liaison cannot be underestimated.
End user satisfaction is as important to us as it is to the residents and this is where our Resident Liaison Officers help us achieve our aims, through their good communications and understanding of residents needs.
To that end, all projects undertaken with residents in occupation are staffed by dedicated Resident Liaison Officers.
Our Resident Liaison Officers wear many hats when carrying out their duties. They will assist with language barriers, occupational therapy issues and assist the elderly, disabled and lone parents, with sole aim of ensuring the whole construction process is completed as smoothly as possible.
