Re-roofing project and associated works to a block of 120 no. occupied flats, including access scaffolding and Haki temporary roof structure, together with;
- One hour fire compartment walls and access doors within roof space over all party walls.
- New timber box gutters with asphalt covering
- New fascias, soffits, gutters and rain water pipes
- Concrete repairs and redecoration to external and communal areas
- Repointing to chimneys and parapet walls
