Refurbishment of a prestigious Grade II Listed residential property in conjunction with New York and Paris based Interior Designers. Works comprised:
- External decorations to English Heritage requirements and external paving, railings and landscaping
- New roof coverings
- Re-lining of Chimneys and installation of gas fires within new antique stone fire surrounds
- Overhaul and repairs to sash windows
- Structural strengthening of floors and staircases
