Training
We believe, firmly, that a trained workforce is a safe and informed workforce. To that end we regularly provide training sessions, which cover all major construction topics from scaffold appreciation to asbestos awareness.
All Site Managers are qualified First Aiders and have received bespoke training to compliment the projects they undertake. Such courses have included 'Safe Use of Power Cradles', '360° Excavator Training', 'Mobile Elevating Work Platform' and 'Safe Use of Telescopic Handlers'.
Our training regime is not solely confined to health and safety. We encourage staff development and provide management training courses to assist in that development.
